According to a very realiable source in total only about 6 TVR Cerbera 4.5 Lightweight were ever made, as they were "terrible". The best way to test for a TVR Cerbera Light Weight is to push the boot lid in the centre or the wing tops and the panel will flex, especially the bonnet which was light and extremely flimsy.
After fitting the panels on the production line, the car would inevitable have to go back to paint shop to be blown in repaired. due to the low volume of matting in the panels they would move bend flex warp in the bake ovens, and this caused stress marks in the gel coa. This is why TVR factory stopped producing light weight varients, and it was removed from the option list. They were more trouble than they were worth.
